Lucky Ace Casino (LuckyAceCasino.com) has unfortunately gone from receiving very favorable reviews, to being blacklisted since 2010.  This is somewhat surprising due to the casino’s link to the popular and successful 888.com, however, we have investigated the accusations and must agree that if you choose to play here, you are doing so at your own risk.  Please see the “Player Warning” for more information about this.  We will still list the casino’s positive features in this review, as they still have a following.  US players are not accepted.

This casino has been accused of the following: Confiscation of winnings that were earned by players who met the terms and conditions, accusing winning players of “bonus abuse” without any specific accusation, displaying the “eCogra” seal dishonestly (a company that is supposed to stop fraudulent activity) and spamming affiliates to market this operation.  Although reviews from 2006 to 2010 were positive, these recent accusations should indeed be taken seriously.

Lucky Ace Casino is powered by 888 software, and has more than 200 games to choose from.  Although this software may not be comparable to such industry giants such as Microgaming and Playtech, it still runs smoothly with clean and crisp graphics and has playing options that can be customized to your playing preferences. 

Games offered here are the regular favorites with of course a few extras on the side.  When we tried to open the list of the games on the website however, a box opened informing us we were downloading the casino.  This was not something we wanted to do and not something we should have had to do to see the games.  Therefore, we will mention the game names listed directly from the home page that are offered here: Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Craps, Video Poker and Slots.  Make sure not to download any software before you are ready!  

There are no promotions advertised on the casino’s home page, as well as nothing to click to get to a promotions page.  As we mentioned in the previous section, when we tried to click on the games to see what was available, a box came up informing us we were downloading the casino.  After knowing what we know about this casino (see Player Warning), this is just another red flag.  Should you visit here and see promotions offered, make sure you read the terms and understand them before you accept anything, and know that even this may not ensure you will see your winnings.

Again, we were unable to click on the 24/7 support from the home page.  It appears this casino wants you to download before you can find out anything at all about them.  We are extremely turned off by this and it is something we have never seen before.  Based on the accusations this casino is facing, it is safe to say the customer service here is not what we are used to seeing elsewhere.

Lucky Ace Casino once again does not have a security link on its website for us to see what they are at least promising players.  However, even if they did, we would take it with a grain of salt at this point.  Be sure to read the “Player Warning” section here and if we were you, take your money elsewhere.
