Pirates 21 is one of those games you don’t see that often, but when you do, and if you are a Blackjack player, then Blackjack is pushed to the side tables, as Pirates 21 gives players Blackjack with much better odds to prospect.

Online the game has been full to the rim, whereas in the casinos the game is only pushing its way on to the floors at a very slow pace. However, soon enough it is predicted to be the new Blackjack, and just like Punto Blanco is called Baccarat even though strictly speaking it isn’t, Pirates 21 will no doubt be called Blackjack.

Punters have fallen for the Pirates 21 game simply because a draw is not is not a draw. A players Blackjack will win against the dealer’s Blackjack, players can double down whenever they feel like it, even after they have split aces, and there are no 10 cards in the deck, but there are picture cards. In normal Blackjack this wold count against the player, but in Pirate 21 the extra features added to the game means that the player doesn’t lose out. Finally the game uses 6 decks with no variation to this standard rule, so the odds are the same wherever you play.

What’s more is that there is an enticing side bet option in most Pirate 21 games. The “Match Side Bet” is another great chance for players to up the ante. With a good system this is an interesting side bet option. When the player is dealt his/her 2 cards, they will be compared to the dealer’s up card, and if that card is the same as one of the players cards the player win the bet and is paid 4-1. If the matching cards are suite, the pay-out becomes 9-1 the side bet.

All the other Blackjack rules stay the same. The dealer must draw on 16 or under and stand on 17 or above. Both players need to get as close to 21 to win, and players go bust if the total number of cards breaks the 21 limit.

Some more attractive pay-outs are also part of Pirates 21. Players with the same suit 7-7-7 and one of the dealer’s cards having a 7 will win $1000 if they bet $5 to $24 and $5000 for higher bets. Other pay-outs for Blackjack w ith suited cards or 21 with 6 cards both pay 3-1 odds.

Pirates 21 is also a multi-handed Blackjack game, so players can play up to 3 hands at one time meaning that this game not only brings in all the usual traits of Blackjack, but it makes one of the world’s most popular table games even more exciting. Check out some of the no deposit bonus codes on offer and get some practice on Pirates 21 and you’ll be pushing Blackjack aside in favour of a game that gives the punters more bucks for their bets.
