New Kahnawake Gaming Commission Policies

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission, the Mohawk Territory based regulatory body in charge of online casino gaming, has changed two policies on behalf of online casino games customers.  One of the new revisions regards self-exclusion and one will help resolve disputes between operators and customers.

The new system for self excluding is significantly better than the previous system.  The previous system was a simple and disorganized system in which individual casinos provided self exclusion options for their customers; nothing stopped those self excluded customers from signing up at different casinos.  With the new Kahnawake Gaming Commission system, players can request self exclusion on the Gaming Commission’s website, receive verification from the compliance officer, and self exclude themselves from all the casinos registered by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.  This should block a problem gambler from accessing any site; however, if a self excluded player is allowed access to one of the sites, he or she is requested to contact the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and report.
