Bwin.party Digital Entertainment Urge Bid Rejection

The usual casino bonus codes will be operated and players bankrolls will remain unaffected, but that doesn’t stop those members interested in the future of the business keeping one eye on the market to see what will be the result of any buy out or remodelling of the business to avoid going under.

Right now the company is urging its shareholders to reject any bids made by the investor Jason Ader. The activist investor is looking to select 4 nominees that will be positioned on the company’s board of directors. Ader currently owns a little 5% of the business. He has an investment via investment vehicle SpringOwl; a company that can in fact appoint a representative on Bwin.party’s board if deemed necessary.

Ader has actually already moved forward and named four nominees that are his choice to take over as board of directors to the company. The four wished for directors are technologically and finically sound; two factors in which Ader hopes will secure the future of Bwin.party and steer the underperforming gambling business in new directions.
Bwin.party have said that Ader is only a minority shareholder in the business and as such should not be so influential in a decision to nominate the board of directors.

However, as he has 5% he has contact with all public shareholders and is able to stir up publicity for the cause among those invested in BWIN. Should he conjure up a majority vote, he will then have won his bid to place the four nominated directors who will immediately take control of the company’s future dealings.

Amongst a string of rejections to Ader’s intentions include the fact that Ader has not provided an adequate amount of information in regards to the backgrounds and characters of his nominees. The reason there is very little access to information is because BWIN were penalised by Google for spammed link building to build their SEO presence and promote their casino bonus codes. This also means that BWIN execs lost their ability to perform advanced information searches through Google.

Currently Ader has launched the SaveBwinParty.com website to support his cause and get BWIN back on track.

It seems that all that is needed is some kind of relationship building between Ader and BWIN staff as Ader only seems to have BWIN’s best interests at heart. Whatever happens the company will ensure that it does not go under, but with current disagreement and lack of unification this certainly isn’t helping the besieged company’s cause.

BWIN is currently operating out of Gibraltar, but is also registered in the UK. The fall of such a large online poker giant will be a huge loss to the market. To be honest, if the whole operation does collapse, there are likely plenty of buyers in the background ready to snap the company up and take a large part of the competition out of the market thus increasing their own market share.
